What is the warranty on Castellani products?

All Castellani products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations.
To start a warranty request, a valid proof of purchase is required — either a sales receipt or invoice.
If you wish to submit a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the defect,
  • A photo showing the item code (usually alphanumeric, 6 characters, found on the product label),
  • A photo of the full product.

Each request will be reviewed by our technical team.
If approved, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Important note
For purchases made outside of Italy or through authorized retailers:
If you purchased a Castellani product from a retailer (in-store or online) or outside of Italy, the warranty process must be handled directly through the sales channel where the product was purchased.
The retailer will contact us if needed to evaluate and manage the request.
Please note that warranty claims will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear,
  • Products purchased from unauthorized or unofficial channels.

The warranty applies exclusively to genuine Castellani products purchased through our official website or authorized retailers, and must be supported by a valid sales receipt or invoice.
