Where is my order?
Visit the order details page to check the status of your recent order. If it has not yet been shipped, rest assured we are working to dispatch it as soon as possible. If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, use the link in the email to access real-time updates on your order status.

Your order may be split into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking email and link.

Pre-orders and Restocked Items

Please note that items that are temporarily out of stock but available for pre-order have different delivery times. You can find more information on the product page or check the estimated shipping date on the order summary page.

Not at home at the time of delivery?
Using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email from the courier, you can monitor your shipment. If necessary, you can redirect the package to a neighbour, a pickup point, or reschedule the delivery by contacting the courier’s support number provided in the automated email.
